Biographical

Since 1988, Bill has has mediated and arbitrated over 2500 cases many valued above a million dollars involving probate, business disputes, wrongful death, constr­uction defect, construction completion, subcontract disputes, architectural, employment, labor, franchise, contract, real estate, medical malpractice, commercial, transactional, personal injury, homeowners and other types of cases in litigation. As a Liti­gator in private practice and Managing Attorney for a corporate  in-house counsel program, he reviewed as many as 600 to 750 cases a year ( for 11 years) involving personal injury, insurance fraud and construction claims.For over 20 years he has acted as an appointed or selected Judge, Special Master, and Referee in many different types of cases.He has had a litigation background since 1971, having received an LLM in Trial Law from Georgetown Law School in 1971.Since 2005 he acts solely as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Settlement Judge in Nevada and in other states.


His alternative dispute resolution experience is unparalleled having Mediated Labor/Employment Disputes for United States Post Office, received Advanced Training for Mediation and Training as Chair by American Arbitration Association and by Finra, and been verified to act as mediator and arbitrator as well as Chair for complex commercial litigation and construction Litiga­tion by AAA, as well as  acting as a Mediator and Arbitrator in Employment and Labor law.He has had extensive Mediation and Arbitration Training. His Masters' of Trial Law and his Advanced NITA training has given him a unique insight into the perspectives of both the Claimant and Respondent.He has until 2005 represented both Claimants and Defendants

Rates Information

$400.00 an hour or as predetermined based on case level.Note that I also serve as a part time Settlement Judge for the Supreme Court (mediation) a short jury trial judge, and have served as a part time Munucipal judge, Justice of the Peace, and Special Master for dDsovery and also for Employment issues.
